with the SARS-CoV-2 variants associated with enhanced transmissibility and
reduced vaccine-induced protection. Under this project, two orally administrated
FDA approved over counter drugs, colloidal bismuth subcitrate and a mucoactive
drug N-acetyl cysteine together is a safe and highly potent therapy through oral
administration and 10 times more selective in killing the virus than the first
FDA approved drug. This therapy is now in phase II/III clinical trial in Hong
Kong, with a phase III trial underway in China.

modes-of-action. To improve the market situation that lacking of new drugs, we
created this platform to lower the costs in drug discovery and development,
reduce failure and increase the speed at which drugs are made available in
clinical practice. Using in-house AI-assisted technology, YnnoMed has generated
several series of antibiotic drug candidates with unprecedented protein targets,
new chemical structures and unique antimicrobial mechanisms. Our most advanced
pipelines show great promise for clinical use with the ability to kill resistant
bacteria effectively, good drug efficacy in animal experiments, low cytotoxicity
and low chance of inducing drug resistance. Working together with our global
